Founded in November 1994, the Northwest Ladies Golf Association (NLGA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive golf community for women of all skill levels. Whether you are just starting out or have been playing for years, NLGA is committed to helping women enjoy the game while building meaningful social connections. 

Our purpose is simple: “To organize and promote regular golf play for women of all skill levels and to foster the development of social relationships.” We believe that golf is more than just a sport—it’s an opportunity to connect, grow, and have fun in a supportive environment. 

Becoming a member of NLGA comes with numerous benefits designed to enhance your golfing experience. As an NLGA member, you receive exclusive membership to the Washington State Golf Association (WA Golf) and all its perks. WA Golf is an authorized provider and administrator of the USGA GHIN System, giving our members access to official handicaps, tournament opportunities, and valuable resources to improve their game.
